its not one of those indexes "owned" by some other schema is it?

Fast + Right is Expensive
Fast + Cheap will be incorrect.
Right + Cheap will take a while.

Has anybody ever seen this in their alert log before? 
This is 10.2.0.3.0 EE on AIX 5.3L.
I don't see any note on metalink about it.
 
The index exists in user_objects and user_segments.
