Does anyone recall if Apps R11 11.0.3 uses the OWA_% packages (installed by
?/rdbms/admin/owacomm.sql)

I know 11i, with Portal from 9iAS, does not use owacomm.sql and the DBA is
specifically
adviced to "comment out" owacomm.sql from ?/rdbms/admin/catalog.sql [or
catproc.sql, whichever]
Applying the Oct 05 Security Patch also ran an updated owa [which
complained about
the installed owa being too low or not found and seems to have installed
the 3.0.9 OWA].
