I have seen these directories act as a default destination for trace and log
files for sqlnet traces.
You can turn off the trace and log generation in these directories by using
following parameter in SQLNET.ORA file.

DIAG_ADR_ENABLED = OFF

Subject: oradiag_<user> directories

Have installed Oracle 11g r 2 and I see directories created in home directories
with names of oradiag_<user> e. oradisg_john

What are these directories and how can I stop this?
