And the support is not as knowledgeable as
it used to be, to say the least.<<<<<<<<<<<

I was just going to comment on this.  I recently opened a severity 2 SR and it 
took five days for an engineer to respond.  Needless to say, I wasn't very 
impressed with this and let them know in the after support survey.
