after burning my fingers I went back to default values!! Thank you. But =
trying to set optimal values with more info.

I had investigated long time about the proper values for that =
parameters,
and there are only two choices
1) leave them with  default values
2) change them and set better values, but test the changes, you can use
alter session to set more exact values to specific process.
There is not a magic values that guarantee it will work ok with all your
process.
