next extent size wrong on import

Exported, dropped and imported a table. The next extent was NOT set to
the correct value. I found some notes on metalink stating that
next_extent is set to the size of the second extent. The notes were for
8i while this is 9.2.0.6. Anyone know if this is still a problem in
9i.
