Mogens, when I come to think of it, why don't you publish the paper on
some less known website like:
http://www.ixora.com.au
http://www.hotsos.com
http://www.jlcomp.demon.co.uk
http://www.centrexcc.com
or
http://www.juliandyke.com/

I'm sure that nobody would bother to look at one of these sites,
so it would be safe to publish the paper there.
