name of archive log when using RMAN

We are switching from OS to RMAN backups. Looking at a database testing RMAN
with we find the name column in v$archived_log is null. I found a note that
said this would be null if rman was doing a delete archivelog command. Our
command is: backup as compressed backupset database plus archivelog delete
input;
So null makes sense. However, how can I find out the names of the archive logs?
