I included the reference to Doc ID: 272633.1 for the purpose of
highlighting the method to disable admin restrictions - you're right that
certain 'set' commands will fail if restrictions are on. Perhaps overkill...

Why is this relevant? The "set" commands will not work in the listener if
administrative restrictions are activated. I still prefer logrotate for the
listener.log.
