log actively being archived by another process???????????

Not sure what happened here but getting message below every minute.
-rw-r-----1 oracle dba 10486784 Jun 30 09:45
/u02/oradata/MTCP/redo01a.log
-rw-r-----1 oracle dba 10486784 Jul 19 18:40
/u02/oradata/MTCP/redo02b.log
-rw-r-----1 oracle dba 10486784 Jul 19 18:53
/u02/oradata/MTCP/redo03a.log
currently on sequence 2496
Anyway out of this without re-starting database?
