I offer to gather the names of them who would like to attend. Let's say
that I close the subscription at Saturday, Febr. 26 at 0.00 AM (CET).
That leaves me the weekend to collect the names, do a headcount and
gives a week to arrange for some restaurant. I'm sure some hotsos
list-member will have a good suggestion. We then reserve some tables or a
separate room, dependant on the # of attendants.

I suggest the gathering to take place at Tuesday, March 8th at
dinnertime.

So, if anybody wants to join, please REPLY to this message off-list with
just and only your name in the message body.
Be sure that the subject contains the subject of this message. This
helps me to minimize the effort on this. I will confirm your
subscription, just to be sure it doesn't get captured by a spamfilter.

I will contact hotsos guys to find a decent place to go to, depending on
the headcount.

Best regards,

Carel-Jan Engel
