I'm trying to load data from sqlldr in HPUX. The user gave me a csv.
I converted it to pipe delimted because she had commas in the text. I cannot
get it to load.
I get this error:
second enclosure string not present
I googled it but it doesn't seem to make any sense to me. What the heck is
wrong?
