I have a DBA (remote) that is trying to change user accounts to a new name.
He says he uses datapump REMAP_SCHEMA. and it is supposed to keep the same
password.

However - the interesting thing about what he said was that if he logs in
locally, he can use the same password, but if he uses sqlnet from his
desktop the password does not work - therefore he as to assign a new
password.

Anyone have any insight into this. Oracle10g and up. Might actually
incorporate the username as part for the sys.user$.password?
