Actually I've been very impressed at the skills and dedication of the people
have put in those few times were I've have a really critical TAR. I have to
give them credit for saving my tush several times over the years.

Which is the bigger myth... Mladen's, or the idea that Oracle gives a d*mn?

Oracle has a big cave, populated by little trolls and goblins, who will
continuously work on your TAR, once the analysts leave the office. Also,
there is a dungeon for analysts that have been bad and haven't eaten their
spinach or carrots, which are not allowed to leave and are chained to the
dungeon walls. Those are so called "senior support analysts". All of that
resides in the beautiful country of Elbonia.
