I *think* that's rman network duplicate or dbms_file_transfer related. I
have seen it, but not in my current job so digging out notes might be
challenging.

It is challenging to find information because search keywords like "oracle
event network file transfer" returns a lot of unrelated stuff.
Does anyone have any links or information on this event and what it
represents?
Thanks!
