But I would add one extra thing. Even though the UI allows it,
selecting both Cloud Control and EM Express in the DBCA utility will
not work, so you need to do one with DBCA then add the other later.
But I do appreciate the confirmation, as I explicitly stated that I have
not rechecked whether it works
