I'm not seeing if thus is 13.1 or 13.2?

Do I have to perform some magic on the agent side perhaps? I looked at
the available emctl-commands, but I couldn't really decide what option
would be applicable.
Anyone any idea if it is possible what I want to do, or do I really have
to de-install the agents and install them again?
