em agent topping out CPU?

Do I remember correctly that there is a bug that causes the enterprise
manager agent to top out cpu on a server in Linux and 10.2.0.4? (64 bit)
Maybe in RAC? I am running into something like that on my sandbox cluster,
and I dont remember all the details. top shows Oracle running perl as the
top cpu users.
