At 9AM Atlantic Time I see multiple disconnections and 200KB/s download
speeds, highest I've seen is 2MB/s
ftp.oracle.com was faster
but then, whenever people consolidate, it means increased network and
server load doesn't it.
I am downloading just one file using a download manager (not Oracle's,
clicking on the "click the link below to get our great download manager"
did nothing).
