Interesting. Apparently UTL_COMPRESS is used to manipulate data in SECUREFILES, but apparently since it can be used for other purposes, they only charge for ACO when SECUREFILES themselves are used.

I am checking with my rep BUT does anyone know definitively if I can use the
utl_compress packge without an AC license? It *seems* that way upon initial
perusal of metalink/MOS but I am looking for the ever-elusive warm fuzzy before
