db time, cpu time, and wait time

Does anyone have a script written for the OEM repository showing for the
previous day, the cpu time and wait time for each database>? I am looking
for something like:
September 2, 2010
Database CPU Time (min) Wait Time (min)
============= ============== ===============
DB1 2,134 123,123
DB2 10,231 23,234
.
.
.
Can anyone show me which mgmt$ views to use?
