db_file_multiblock_read_count

Folks,
Is there is way to pass MRBC as a hint to a SQL statement? The DB is
10.2.0.2. I have tried /*+ (db_file_multiblock_read_count,16) */ but it
did not work. May be it is not possible but I want to confirm.
