I would start with mapping the actual data types and lengths you have used
in Oracle to postgresql to be certain that a lossless conversion is
possible.

If non-trivial conversions exist, then at least you can get that analysis
work kicked off while you consider the best way to move the stuff that has a
trivial mapping.
