crsctl stop has vs crsctl stop crs

Hi
Can someone provide the views as what is difference on 2 node active-active
cluster and not on RESTART as what is difference for the following two command
to stop/start Cluster software
crsctl stop has Vs crsctl stop crs
Which one is to be used. I know crsctl stop cluster has dependency on ohas and
then only work but want to check as what is pros and cons of using has vs crs
Also what are the advantage of using crsctl stop cluster vs crsctl stop crs
