cpuapr2010 failed

Hi,
I recently upgrade the database from 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.1, the original
oraInst.loc was pointed to 10.2.0.4 oracle home when I installed
11.2.0.1. After the 11.2.0.1 go live, I copied the orainventory from
10.2.0.4 to 11g oracle home and changed the oraInst.loc to point to
11.2.1.0. Today when I patched the cpuapr2010, I got the following
error; I had other server which I did exactly the same procedures, it
patched without any problem, but not this one, I have opened a SR with
oracle, but just in case if someone know the problem could help me asap.
UtilSession failed: Patch 8568395 requires component(s) that are not
installed in OracleHome. These not-installed components are
oracle.network.rsf:10.2.0.4.0,
OPatch failed with error code 73
