Sateesh,

you could do it with BBED. not an easy tool, a dangerous tool, very limited 
online HELP ...

it used to be part of the Oracle software; just try to get a copy and you will 
see it still works against later Oracle releases too.

BBED is password protected, but anyone who knows how to use the "strings" 
command against the executable will be able to figure out the password.
