You can try "Long Raw to BLOB" on asktom.oracle.com
Using TO_LOB may be helpful to you.
Unfortuntely, that can only be used to convert the value from LONG / LONG
RAW to BLOB. I can't change he table structure at present, so the current
need is to update the existing LONG RAW value in place.
