I wonder if there's a little analytic stuff going on behind the search engine
- something prompts for bugs to be made public if enough searches have hit it
while it's still hidden.
It might be a bit difficult to answer that question solely by experimentation,
as the mere observation of this phenomenon changes it.
Or maybe an SR can turn into a published bug only once it gets resolved.
The bug was resolved in 2019. However, there has been some activity recorded in
the bug note around the time I've posted this question.

Maybe someone from Oracle support coincidentally released it in the meantime.
But what's the point of concealing the bug notes? The information is valuable
also for non-resolved bugs.
