Ubuntu is infamous for not supporting Oracle installations and yet I
didn't have to resort to docker, qubernettes or anything of that nature.
Please note that the library used is the latest and the greatest Oracle
19.3.

These docker images are configured is such a way that they work just like sqlplus.
Well, it is sqlplus, but in docker.
I also use it to package and distribute an extension for orachk/exachk.
It could be done without docker, but it SO much easier with docker.
