mostly, the network/os level backup and rman backup are running at the same
time..
check whether the corruption in control file is also noticed..
this is windows os limitation, can not access two files at the same time..
try using cygwin kind of any other shell environment to run the rman backup
and the network/os level backup if you can not re-schedule the jobs..
