Yes, both systems are sync'ed.  The pretty much have=20
to be for Veritas clustering to work.

So the first question still applies.  Do the two machines have the same
timestamp?  Wolfgang & I are guessing that they do not match.

Sorry, I should have explained a little better.

This is a veritas cluster (non-RAC/OPS) on solaris 8
with oracle 8.1.7.4  that failed
over from one node to another because the network=3D20 connectivity =
between
the two nodes failed.  Multiple times.
