Where in DBA_HIST_* is '%Total CPU' & '%Busy CPU'?

I see these in the awr report itself, but could not locate it in any of the
dba_hist_* views. Could not find a view to compute it as well.
I have an awr report showing a database with '%Busy CPU' of 2000%. This
is calculated as (FgCpu+BgCpu)/HostBusyCpu. How can it be this much?
