I asked Tom Kyte in one of key note in UKOUG 2008. He indicated it might
be announced on 2009 openworld timeframe.
Andy Mendelssohn said during the DOAG Conference last month
that they were going to Beta soon. My guess would be a
release date in time for next year's Open World.
