We are running 12.1 and plan to upgrade to 12.2 ?

I am in the process of upgrading Oracle 12.1 to 12.2.  We are running RAC
ONE NODE  Grid with ASM.
Yes, i am reading the manuals, but was looking for a overview of the steps
so when reviewing the manuals I can have the steps to review.
