SQL* waits not necessarily mean network issues (it could be). The signify client-server communication. IIRC you have a forms application, so you will see a whole lot of these waits in Forms application trace.=20 Go to Hotsos.com and read Cary's papers, they will provide most of the enlightenment you need.
