There were no recent changes to the kernel and that we have confirmed. The
last kernel change happened in 2019.

the new Linux kernel? If you have, you should have relinked the Oracle
executables. Once upon a time, that was hard. One had to go to
$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/lib and run "make -f ins_rdbms.mk". Today, the command
is "relink all". No more "make" commands or debugging the link process.
However, you still have to shut the instance down before relinking the
executables.

workaround in one the blog but post that also instance was terminated. I
will once again try in one of the non prod box and update you. Could this
be an issue with VM as post moving couple of VMs to a new host I don’t see
the problem again. Or do you suspect this to be an Oracle bug?
