Using RMAN to change DB_BLOCK_SIZE

Hello,

We would like to change the block_size on our DW from 16k to 32k for
performance reasons.  Is there a way to use rman to move the data from
our old database on 16k to the new database on 32k?  Or is
export/import the only option?
