URGENT: Oracle client patch 8.1.7.4

We have an Oracle 8.1.7 client installed in Windows and we need to
upgrade this client to 8.1.7.4 as an urgent requirement for a project.
But we are not able to locate this patch in metalink.

Could somebody help us sending this patch.
