Transportable tablespace

Hi gurus,
We are on Oracle 9.2 and I'm using the transportable tablespace to
refresh my development environment.
I notice that the
- FUNCTIONS
- PACKAGES
- PROCEDURES
- SEQUENCES
- SYNONYMS
- VIEWS
are not transfered. Is that normal?
What can I do?
Should I use export/import with ignore=y and rows=n to complete ?
