Tivoli Storage Manager Data Protection for Oracle

We are already using the basic TSM product to manage our cold backup files.
Since I am changing one of our databases to use hot backups my management has
suggested that I looks at the Tivoli solution. Does anyone have any experience
with this product? I am particularly interested in such things as reliability,
ease of use, and, particularly, how easy it is to restore a database with the
product.
