Thank you. Yes we have plans to move to 19C in 2021, but I think we are not
seeing the impact because we have very minimal to No update on this table.
so perhaps that's why , even though we are on 11.2.0.4 , we are still
surviving :).

The last example in the presentation above shows how just 1 row has been
split into 101 blocks.
So any updates of null values in the end of rows you ran before split row
into another block.
