Niall,

been there, ignoerd that ... usually happens when some one has an
'urgent' problem and insteading of calling Oracle they send email
message on all possible oracle mailing lists they subscribe to, hoping
someone will tell them the solution.

The delete key is almost worn out on my keyboard ...
