Subversion Question

Hallo list,
Iam implementing subversion with tortoise and i want your opinion on my
repository layout:
Trunks :Schema (A)
Branches : Version x.1
Tags : Rlease x..1.1
Package Header
Package Body
Triggers
........
also suppose i have tagged release x.1.5 and i have a bug to fix in release
x.1.1 do i have to fix five relases and what you do in this case?
