Stored Procedure Distribution

Hi All,
My boss asked me to find out following:
What is your experience in distributing a large number of stored procedures,
functions
etc to a large number of databases?
He is looking for time saving tips, typical problems one may encounter and
steps taken
to solve those, any automation ideas to handle this. (We currently do not use
OEM).
That's all the information I have. Sorry, if this is not enough.

questions. Hope you won't mind. Because, I am at Oracle Corp this week (testing
10g R2)
