*What additional SETUP is needed to ADD the 2nd instance to STATSPACK?*
NOTE – SQL>?/rdbms/admin/spcreate has been Run from the 1st RAC instance.
Running sprepins shows only 1 instance, below
*SQL> @?/rdbms/admin/sprepins*
