Statistics collect ESTIMATE x COMPUTE

Hello,

I have a doubt:

When I run ANALYZE TABLE <table name > compute statistics
Will Oracle consider 100% ?

and

If I run ANALYZE TABLE <table name> estimate statistics 100 percent;
Is it better than COMPUTE STATISTICS ?
