It's amazing the things that conferences can get you. Tanel Poder, not
sure if he is still on this list, mentioned Metalink Note 175982.1 at
UKOUG earlier this month, though I'm sure it didn't exist 2 years ago
when I looked for a note like this using Metalink search.

I'm curious as to the derivation of "Secret Decoder Ring" by the way.
