SYSMAN.MGMT_ECM_POLICY is Invalid

Hi list,

Iam importing from 10g database to 11g R2 database using datapump , when i 
compile objects i can see 
one invalid package owned by sysman ( SYSMAN.MGMT_ECM_POLICY) , how can i 
compile  it or can i ignore it ?
