I suspect it may have a memory leak. I haven't done any tests, but I know that after using for a while on my Linux machine everything slows to a crawl and I wind up killing it with xkill or kill from command line. Even so, it's still one of the better GUI Oracle tools available for Linux desktops/workstations.

Does anyone else have problems with SQL*Developer doing weird things?? I was just in looking at the definition of a table, asked it for the sql to recreate the table & then went back to the sql worksheet view & it lost it's connection to the database & then went off into LALA land. Had to kill it with the taskmgr.
