It needs to work on all versions, hence me filing the bug.

You spoiled me with this marvelous tool. However, I made a mistake. Since this
is 12.2 database, which comes with SQLCl preinstalled, I used the wrong
version. The original version, shipped with 12.2 on Linux does not have a
problem with describe. Version 19.4 unfortunately still does have a problem:
